It’d be impossible to bake a cake without human power. And we think it’s impossible to get the kind of growth you want on IG without human support. Kicksta’s basic plan has no VIP email support or live chat support. It seems you can only send inquiries through your dashboard.

Superior customer service should be at the top of everyone’s criteria for what makes a company great, especially if you’re handing over your hard-earned cash for their services. If you can’t talk to someone when you have a problem—be it by chat, email, or by an old-school phone call—then what the heck is your money going toward?! This company should be working for you, so dedicated, easy-to-access support is imperative.

• No one to ask questions to
• No one to talk through problems
• No one to share in successes

Pros of this approach:

• None! Without customer support, you’re left to fend for yourself should issues arise.

Does Kicksta take the cake?

Unfortunately not. Without the right ingredients, tools, and human power, you’re not going to get that decadent, to-die-for cake that you crave, and the same goes for your Insta growth. Kicksta doesn’t give you the comprehensive approach you need to get the growth you want.
