The announcement of the launch of this scheme has been made during his address in the Vidhan Sabha. Tablets or smart phones will be provided to about one crore youth through this scheme.
To run this scheme, the government of Uttar Pradesh has passed a budget of 3000 crores . Applicants who are doing or want to do graduation, post graduation or diploma can get the benefit of this scheme. Students will also be given free digital access and youth will be helped in finding jobs.
